  • Measurement results
    The measurement results are shown in the following four graphs. The relationship between the table speed (the retardation magnitude Re against the sample feed rate) and the spindle orientation Φ(3σ) is plotted. The parameter is the amount of indentation of the rubbing roll. It can be seen that the amount of birefringence appears differently depending on the thickness of the alignment film and the material.
